The Gravity Advertising Firm will provide the services to the customer through innovative forms. Gravity Advertising Firm provides the freedom of movement. Our drone can access many locations and consequently, we harbor many double-takes, gawks, photos, and fingers being pointed when its fly. The elements of movement make gravity an interactive and engaging platform for brand exposure that captivates and interest onlookers. Gravity works with each client’s individual brand and image to come up with a unique and engaging marketing agenda and set them free into the air. Gravity Advertising Firm is innovative drone technology and advertising all at once.
After a long researching, we get the latest technological advances. So we buy drones from Amazon.com and Myfirstdrone.com and other sources. Where we got DJI Phantom 3 4K UHD, DJI Phantom 2, DJI Mavic Pro, DJI Zenmus X5, LED and Projector system drones. Mainly we focus on Avatar drone to provide advertising. This firm will control by each co-owner.

Our objective is to use innovative technology and creative thinking to best your brand in an optimum position for success; in the sky!

3.0 Production plan
Our firm is not a large manufacturing company. But due to some reason we have to print banners and LED screening, making slides, animations, etc. So we have to buy a printer machine, connecting a high-speed Wi-Fi zone, the latest model computer.

Magnito Digital is the largest agency of Bangladesh with a team of more than 70
people and they are famous in the industry.
4.1 Industry growth & Size:
The creative industry in Bangladesh is rapidly increased. In 2008, the
market size was 1000cr. Later on, in 2010, it’s increased to 1200cr. So it’s a
huge industry growth trend.
4.2 Industry participants:
There are lots of industries but they are not applied such as innovative
like us. Major participants use billboards, LED billboards, & TV
commercials. The thing is those are can’t access anywhere. Where our drones can
be.
5.0 Operation plan
Gravity will be wholly owned and operated by five co-owners. Where The CEO of
the company Md. Saiful Islam and Mr.Habibur Rahman will control the website
area. He will take orders from customers to sending emails and maintain a good
relationship. Md.Abul Kashem will control the official side. The HR department
will control by Mauswmi Akter & Hamida Akter.
We will provide our services by a combination of the all drones, where we
charge in monthly 8 lac. , weekly 2 lac. , in a day 28,570 and an hour 1,190 Tk.
There are two engineers, Two computers & printing operator, And 15
drone controller.
6.0 Marketing plan:
There is lots of advertising firm in Bangladesh but they are not able to
access anywhere like us. Here is a huge market in our concerned areas. We
select Dhaka commercial area, Boshundhara city, Jamuna Future Park, Shahbag
Chattar, Dhanmondi area, Hatirjhil, TSC, Chashara & Traffic jam areas of
Dhaka city. Because these areas are
overcrowded and most of the people beyond upper-upper to lower class. So when
they crossing the busy roads, must be they will see in the around of him
or her. When they will see our innovative drones with ads it will more
effective to our customer who needs their desire customer.
6.1 Market size:
In the selected areas lived almost 4.5crs and work and using the roads
more than 8.5crs peoples in a week. There are many small & big firms in our
country. We also think that the area also a major market size for us.
6.2 Market
Segmentation & Target Market:
The market segments can be many ways based on the geographic,
Demographic, Psychographic, and behavioral segments. There are several
individual areas the standard of living also deference. The upper-upper is 8%
lower-uppers is 10% upper-middle is 27% and middle class 25% and others 20%.
Many people doing the corporate job and other people are involved with the business. The median income of those
areas is50lac.
